All warranty claims or notifications of items damaged during freight, DOA (Dead on arrival), wrongly supplied must be made as soon as possibile after damage is discovered by notifying Bayelic. The following information is required for us to identify the sale and process the claim:

1. Ebay user name 2. Ebay item number 3. Invoice number 4. Contact details for regular business hours 5. Applicable warranty (whether "Spare Parts Warranty" or "Repair or Replacement Warranty" or "Manufacturer Warranty") and 6. A brief description of the damage claimed to be covered by the warranty.
